DUROSIL DS100 SILICONE – by Durotech
Our New 100% Neutral Cure anti-fungal Silicone has been built to prevent mould growth in hot and humid areas.
Ideal for bathrooms, kitchens, shower screens etc. It reacts with atmospheric moisture to produce a form in place with the rubber seal.
Weather and UV resistance is excellent
Low slump, will not corrode metal 5-8min skin time and comes in a Vast arrangement of colours

MAXISIL SILICONE – WET AREAS
Maxisil Wet Area Silicone, German designed has been designed to give a great finish, weathers well and is UV resistant.
No Primer is needed for this Acetate-curing silicone sealant
Not suitable for Natural Stone
External Silicone suitable for natural stone, marble etc can be ordered in depending availability
Assists with expansion and movement of joints in bathrooms and wet areas.
Assists with sealing double glazed glass, is good for use internal and external in sealing general building substrates

SILCOPEL WATER BASED SEALER
Silcopel Sealer is an invisible solvent is a penetrating sealer for porous stone, masonry and concrete products.
It has been designed to chemically bond within the substrate to reduce the moisture intake up to 95%
Good for use in domestic or commercial locations and can be used as a pre-sealer
Color is straw/clear
With a characteristic odour
Keep site dust and free of foot traffic for 2hrs after application
Coverage is 4m2 per litre then 2nd and 3rd coats 4-6m2
Available in a variety of sizes from 1L

Internal and External, Limestone, concrete pavers and more.
Re-coat in 1-2hrs
Keep surface dry and free of heavy foot traffic for 48hrs
Coverage is first coat 4-6m2 per litre with 2nd and 3rd coat 8-10m2 per litre respectively
Available in a 1L, 4L, 10L or 20L
