Primax is a two part water resistant bonding primer with exceptional adhesion to difficult to adhere to surfaces.
This product with adhere to porous and non-porous surfaces as long as they are clean structurally sound and uncontaminated
ie: smooth concrete, glased tiles, compressed cement sheets and even immersed in swimming pools, ponds and water features
Two component liquid and powder must be used in conjunction with each other and can only be sold as a kit
